Benjamin Teachers are constantly seeking new knowledge and methods on how to bring the best forms of education to our Benjamin students. One of them is the Montessori methodology, which brings different approaches to children's development and learning abilities. The 2% donations from tax deductions from Benjamin parents and friends helped us buy more educational Montessori materials. What is Montessori education:
Montessori education is an educational approach developed by an Italian physician and educator Maria Montessori based on her extensive research with "phrenasthenic" or "special needs" children and characterized by an emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respect for a child’s natural psychological, physical, and social development. 1
